# Vidu Q4 pricing and credits

> Summary of the published pricing at https://vidu-q4.net/#pricing. Check the live checkout for the current price before purchasing.

Video generation and credit purchases are available. Sign in to generate, and purchase more credits when needed. New accounts automatically receive 25 permanent credits on registration, once per account. These credits never expire.

## One-time credit packs

| Pack | Price (USD) | Credits |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Small | $9 | 400 |
| Medium | $29 | 1,600 |
| Large | $99 | 6,000 |

These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire and stay in the account until used. Pack prices differ, so do not describe one credit as a fixed USD purchase price.

## Generation estimates

The studio calculates the estimate from resolution and duration, rounded up to a whole credit. The default 5-second video at 540p is estimated at 23 credits; 5 seconds at 720p is estimated at 48 credits. Longer durations and higher resolutions use more credits. Consult the live studio estimate before submitting.

Credits are reserved when a task is created and returned when it is confirmed as failed. A pending or uncertain request must finish resolving before its final status is known.
